The Flame Towers, which is located opposite the parliament building, symbolizes the eternal flame of Azerbaijan – the country’s lights.|
The towers is completely covered with LED screens displaying the movement of a fire and creating the effect of giant torches. The screens are visible even from the farthest points of Baku
The total area of the Flame Towers complex, which will consist of three towers, is 234, 500 square meters. The first building of 33 floors will be residential and consist of 130 apartments.
The second tower – Northern will consist of 30 floors, and operate as a hotel with 250 rooms. The third tower – Western will consist of 28 floors, and operate as a business center.
Baku Flame Towers is a project by Azinko Development MMC. HOK was the architect, with DIA Holdings serving as design-build contractor and Hill International providing project management.
